Frequently Asked Questions

1. How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons like summer and fall. The earlier the better!

2. what should i wear?

Wear something that makes you feel like yourself! I'm happy to offer guidance on colours and styling before your session.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change! If you need to reschedule, I will always do my best to find a new date that works for you as soon as possible. If a cancellation is necessary, I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, so please don't hesitate to reach out as early as possible if something comes up.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Every package includes a fully edited online gallery , where your photos are easy to download and share. Through Pixieset you'll also have the option to order professional prints and photo albums directly, so whether you want your memories on your phone or on your wall, we've got you covered!

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes! For videography and video content services, I work alongside the team at 62 Media,  a full service creative agency based in Prince Edward County. 6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

For sure! I always encourage you to share any ideas, inspo photos, or must-have shots before your session. While I love to let moments unfold naturally, knowing your vision helps me make sure we capture everything that matters to you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course! I love getting to know my clients before we shoot. Whether it's a quick coffee or a casual chat over the phone, a little face time goes a long way in making sure you feel comfortable and confident on the day of your session.

8. Do you travel for shoots?

Absolutely! I love to travel and am available for sessions beyond Ontario. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
